Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: March 16, 2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy describes the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services purchased through the GetGLP Platform.

Consultation Appointments

Cancellation

Users may cancel scheduled consultations within the cancellation window specified during booking.

If cancellation occurs within the permitted timeframe, users may receive:

  • A full refund
  • The option to reschedule the consultation

Missed Appointments

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior cancellation may result in the consultation being considered completed, and refunds may not be issued.

Subscription Programs

GetGLP may offer subscription-based programs for weight management or metabolic health.

Refund eligibility for subscriptions depends on the specific program terms. Generally:

  • Refunds may be available if cancellation occurs within the initial cooling-off period, if applicable
  • Partial refunds may be issued for unused portions of services at the discretion of GetGLP
  • Once certain services are delivered, such as consultations or program initiation, refunds may not be available

Diagnostic and Laboratory Services

Payments for diagnostic tests or laboratory services may be subject to the policies of the respective laboratory partners.

Refunds may not be possible once sample collection or testing has begun.

Medication Orders

If the Platform facilitates medication purchases:

  • Medications cannot be returned once dispensed, due to safety and regulatory restrictions
  • Refunds may only be issued for incorrect or damaged deliveries in accordance with applicable regulations

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Discretionary Refunds

GetGLP reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue discretionary refunds where appropriate.
